Use of Services:

• Services are provided as described in individual project agreements

• Misuse or unauthorized use of our content or tools is prohibited

Payment & Billing:

• Invoices must be paid within the due date mentioned

• Late payments may result in service suspension

• Client must pay upto 50% payment in advance.

Revisions & Delivery:

• Revisions are limited to the scope defined in project agreements

• Delivery timelines are subject to mutual agreement

Intellectual Property:

• All work remains the intellectual property of JENV STUDIO until full payment is received

• Clients retain full rights after project completion and payment

Confidentiality:

• All client data and project details are kept confidential

Termination:

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice

Liability:

• We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or third-party claims

Changes to Terms:

• We reserve the right to update terms as needed; changes will be posted on our website

Jurisdiction:

• These terms are governed under the laws of India
